Miniature Differential Pressure Sensor Products

We offer a range of miniature differential pressure (dp) sensor instruments, from indicators, switches, and even combined units. These smaller and less feature-rich miniature differential pressure sensors are ideal for OEM applications and provide a more affordable option than our standard line.

The bodies are made from solid blocks of aluminum. We offer 1 inch indicators with red/ and green dials. The red indicates an alarm condition.

The switches have three versions, normally open, normally closed, and single pole double throw.

Indicator or switch versions have 5% accuracy. They handle high line pressure, 3,000psi for liquid models and 1,000 psi for gas models.

Our piston sensor model 1002 is for liquid applications. The diaphragm sensor model 1020 is best for gas or for low dp measurements. The diaphragm model is also popular for measuring the liquid level of cryogenic tanks.

They often measure the pressure drop for filters, heat exchangers and similar other process components.
